This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 12.09.2017 made by the petitioner before the first respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 07.02.2018, recording the statement of the petitioner that he will seek remedy before the competent civil Court. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
