Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry process pending in respect of cancellation of Patta by restoring the same in S.No.237/1, 3 and 235/3 situated at Vellakkal Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, consequently to issue the separate patta in the name of the petitioner within a time may be fixed by this Court.
