Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAREES KUMAR E, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 7(c) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3827 of 2023, dated 03.03.2023 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 03.03.2023 had directed to petitioner to deposit the original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.10,00,000/-, since he is unable to deposit the same, he is still in custody hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3966 of 2023 petitioner the condition no. 7(c) shall stand deleted. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
