ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.121 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the F.I.R in Crime No. 121 of 2016 is hereby quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
