O R D E R

The Petitioner filed this petition to modify the order dated 17.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.5641 of 2017 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C, in Crime No. 348 of 2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the order dated 17.11.2017 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, and not even appeared in a single day before the concerned Court.

3. Considering submission made by the learned Government Advocate, I am not inclined to modify the petition. Accordingly, this relaxation petition is dismissed.
