ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed to set aside the order dated 16.12.2013 in I.A.No.29 of 2012 in O.S.No.51 of 2001 passed by the Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 6 have no objection to set aside the impugned order passed in I.A.No.29 of 2012 in O.S.No.51 of 2001. 3.In view of the same, the order passed in I.A.No.29 of 2012 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in O.S.No.51 of 2001 by the Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi, is hereby set aside and the Civil Revision petition is disposed of, directing

the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2001 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
