2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and the grievances expressed by the petitioners in these petitions, this court is inclined to pass the following direction:

3.1.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.Nos.279, 277, 284, 278, 281, 276, 285, 282, 280, 283, 345 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
