ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 20.03.2018 given by the petitioner in accordance with law.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioner came before this Court.
4. If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the respondent shall register the F.I.R. If no offence is made out, the respondent shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner, accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
