ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to permit him to conduct the petition mentioned event. But then on account of the pandemic and prohibitive measures issued by the Government, it is no possible to permit him to conduct the event on 30.03.2020.

2.The petitioner states that there is no rival claim and there is no law and order problem.

Therefore, the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police will grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question after the current ban issued in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic is lifted.
