.. Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with civil dispute and harass the petitioner and thus render justice.

ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and harass the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property for more than 30 years and the respondents have no authority to direct the petitioner to vacate the property at the instigation of one Gunasekar and Lakshmi.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after conducting enquiry, the complaint has been closed on the following two findings:

(i)One Gunasekar and Lakshmi, who alleged disturbance to the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner, have appeared before the respondent police and stated that they would approach the Civil Court for the required remedy. (ii)The petitioner and others have also made their stand clear that they will not vacate the property unless there is an order from the civil Court.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also submitted that de hors the claim made by the opponent of the petitioner, there is no suo motu demand by the respondents to vacate the petitioner from the suit property. 6.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
