ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the third respondent to hold fair and proper enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.10.2018 and complete the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner on a promise of securing some job by the accused persons has transferred funds from his account to the account of the accused. The accused has since neither returned the money nor has secured any job to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons. The petitioner now seeks a direction to the respondent Police to consider his representation / complaint dated 01.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to apply his mind to the complaint, only if the said complaint possesses any criminal overtone, the third respondent is directed to take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to meet the ends of justice. The entire procedure must be strictly in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
