2. Mr.B.Kannan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Ganesh Nagar Police Station, Pudukottai is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy in H.S.No.265 of 2015 and therefore, he is under watch.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed. The respondent police are directed to maintain a watch over the petitioner without subjecting him to any physical harassment, unless he is involved in any cognizable offences.
