D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order was passed by this Court on 21.02.2020 granting anticipatory bail and condition could not be complied since there is some error in the order copy and hence he seeks time to surrender and furnish sureties.
