3.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievances expressed by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:

3.1.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.22 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
