COMMON ORDER The grievance projected in these writ petitions is that the petition mentioned rice mill were locked and sealed without even prior notice.
2.This Court wanted to know from the learned Additional Government Pleader as to whether the petitioners were put on notice.
3.The answer given is that no prior notice was given to the writ petitioners. Therefore, on this ground, this Court directs the respondents to remove the lock and seal of the petition mentioned rice mill. But then, liberty is given to the respondents to take action as per law thereafter.
