The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to take action on the petitioner's compliant, dated 12.02.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions of the Respondents submit that the matter involved in this dispute is purely civil in nature. The Respondent Police had registered CSR No.31 of 2024 and issued summons to the brother of the Petitioner. He also appeared and submitted that they will approach the civil Court concerned for getting appropriate relief. Therefore, the CSR was closed. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Petitioner is directed to approach the civil Court concerned and seek remedy.
