ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate at Eraniel, to dispose the trial in C.C.No.33 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievances expressed by the petitioner, this court is inclined to issue the following directions:

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
