The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to initiate appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2022 in the light of the order passed by this Court in Division Bench in H.C.P.No.1454 of 2014, dated 12.09.2014 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.121 of 2023 was registered under the man missing caption on 14.03.2023 and the investigation is underway.
3. Since the petitioner's complaint has been registered before the second respondent Police in Crime No.121 of 2023 under the man missing caption, the matter has become infructuous. 2/4
