This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting at the 3rd Respondent's Office on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2018 for conducting the Madhu Eduppu Festival situated at Nampooranipatti Village, K.Rayapuram Post, Keelanilai Viz., Pudukkottai District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Meeting. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the third respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
