O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and asked about the husband of the petitioner and already a case against the petitioner's husband is pending in Crime No.37 of 2025, under the guise of enquiry, the respondent police frequently called the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 01.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's husband namely, Sekar involved in Crime No.37 of 2025, pending investigation on the file of the second respondent and thereby, the respondent police searched the 2/4

petitioner's husband. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by her in this petition. 4.Since the second respondent represented that for investigation purpose, the respondent police have searched the petitioner's husband and they have not harassed the petitioner, recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
