ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 23.03.2019 under Reference No.2164/AA1/2018-1 passed by the first respondent.

2. After hearing arguments, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even as early as in June, 2019, the petitioner had submitted an appeal in person before the first respondent. The petitioner was informed that once the appeal is ready for hearing, he would receive

notice about the same. However, no notice appears to have been issued till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
