O R D E R

The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of his appeal pending with the first respondent regarding the UDR correction. The petitioner has preferred an appeal only on 06.02.2025.

2.In fact, the petitioner made a representation to the Tahsildar on 07.12.2024, which has been forwarded to the first respondent through the Revenue Divisional Officer, since the first respondent is the competent authority.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and the date on which the appeal has been preferred to the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four [4] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
