2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned document. The said relief can be granted only by the jurisdictional Civil Court. Filing of a writ petition is misconceived. 3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. 4.The petitioner is a senior citizen. Therefore, the jurisdictional civil Court will dispose of the suit that is to be filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
