ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to change the investigation officer in Crime No.223 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent based on petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he is the de facto complainant in this case. Based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.223 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under Sections 420, 419, 120B and 506(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and thereafter, the second respondent has not conducted proper investigation and the case is still pending without any progress. Therefore, he sent a representation, dated 11.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that originally the case was registered on 16.12.2024 and thereafter, the investigation officer transferred to some other place and now 2/5
the present Inspector of Police took charge recently. Therefore, he will conduct proper investigation and file final report as early as possible.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to change the investigation officer and already the previous officer, who investigated the case was transferred to some other place and now the new investigation officer had taken charge and he also assured to conduct investigation in a fair manner, recording the above said submission of the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct a fair investigation and to conclude the investigation as early as possible without any delay.
5. With the above said observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
