ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences 1/4
punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 (379 IPC) r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No. 53 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons illegally transported 1⁄4 unit of river sand. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's name was removed from the FIR.
