ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents police to take appropriate and immediate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated on 05.08.2025 within the stipulated time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the inaction on the part of the respondent police has prompted him to file this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that already with respect to the said complaint CSR No.103 of 2025 has been issued to the petitioner on 5/8/2025 and the proper inquiry has also been conducted and after a proper enquiry on appearance of rival parties and the petitioner, the same was closed.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance over the same, he is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned Court.
