ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested on 11.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 451, 397 and 392 IPC, in Cr.No.159 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and committed robbery.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that NonBailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner in the year 2006 in P.R.C.No.9 of 1998 and he was arrested after 10 years ie., on 11.07.2016.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai is directed to complete the committal process within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
