ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to sanction the non refundable amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, to the petitioner from his E.P.F. Account.

2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite an application made by the petitioner to sanction non refundable amount of Rs.4,00,000/- from his EPF account, the respondent has not sanctioned any amount so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court praying for appropriate orders.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent submitted that no such application, which is stated to have been submitted by the petitioner, is pending before the authority concerned.

5.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application to the respondent, along with a copy of this order within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application being made, the respondent is directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after an affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks therefrom. 6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
