ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to expeditiously file a Final Report in Cr.No.314 of 2024 dated 09.08.2024 on the file the 2nd respondent within the stipulated time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.1232 of 2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
