ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.163 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. On perusal of CD file shows that most of the investigation has been completed and they are not in a position to fix the accused.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is suspecting his own wife and other persons.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstance of this case, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.163 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to give further statement with regard to the identity of the persons, who assaulted him.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
