The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam in I.A.No.183 of 2014 in O.S.No.123 of 2009 dated 05.08.2014. 2.When the matter came up on 28.09.2015, due to boycott of Advocates, the case was adjourned and the same was directed to be listed as per the directions of the regular port-folio Judge. Thereafter, the matter has not been listed and the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
