ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to approve the petitioner's promotion to the post of Superintendent from 01.08.2013 and to disburse all monetary benefits, based on the representation dated 13.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 13.04.2018 to the respondents to approve his promotion to the post of Superintendent from 01.08.2013 and the same is pending without passing any orders. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. No costs.
