Prayer :- CRL OP(MD). No.4664 of 2022 Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.95 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

Prayer :- CRL MP(MD). No.4062 of 2022 Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the time to pay the cost of Rs. 5000/- in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 4670 of 2022 Dated. 11.03.2022.

Prayer :- CRL oP(MD). No.4670 of 2022 Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.92 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER:- These Criminal Original Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Venkatesh, Advocate for the Petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD)No.4061 of 2022 in Crl.OP.(MNo.4664 of 2022 and P Mr.T.Lenin Kumar Advocate for the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4062 of 2022 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4670 of 2022 and of R.M.Anbuniti Government Advocate for the First Respondent in both Petitions , this Court made the following order:

Though, the petitions are filed seeking for extension of time, today (ie.,28.03.2022), when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner complied with the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.4664 & 4670 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022.

2.Recording the said submissions, both the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
