ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to act on the complaint of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent is the petitioner's brother-in-law and he had assaulted the petitioner and that is medico legal case, on the basis of which the present complaint came to be registered.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner was conducted and the same has been closed by the respondent police.

5. Since the petitioner's complaint has been closed, he is now directed to approach the concerned Magistrate and take such
recourses as provided by law.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
