When the matter was taken up for hearing, both Mr.R.Balakrishnan and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader represented that the District Collector has passed an order yesterday i.e., on 07.04.2025, classifying the lands situated in S.No.241/4A1 of Vumathanadu Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District as 'Mayanam'.

2. As the land has been classified as Mayanam, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
