*********** This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.Na.Ka.(A3) 911/2021, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The petitioner has preferred the aforementioned appeal against the issuance of patta to third parties before the first respondent. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the said appeal. 3.Heard Mr.D.Senthil, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
