This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.607 of 2022 dated 24.09.2022 and file the final report. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the viscera report is awaited. As and when the viscera report is received, the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the 2/4

investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
