O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct fresh tender in respect of Survey No. 437, 73-Thethur Village, Mettupatti, Ayyanar Temple, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District and ensure sufficient opportunity for the petitioner to participate in the fresh tender as well as to consider her representation dated 25.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, submitted that the tender process has already been completed and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
