ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to to direct the second respondent to commence the investigation and file final report in Crime No.4 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report has already been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, on 23.02.2017 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
