Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Though the petitioner seeks larger relief, at the time of arguments the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2020, is disposed of by the first respondent in the light of the order passed by the second respondent, on merits, as expeditiously as possible.

W.P(MD)No.5973 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents would submit that the first respondent is the competent authority to pass orders in this matter and if reasonable time is granted to him, appropriate orders will be passed on the representation of the petitioner.
5.In view of the above said submission and also considering the limited scope of the relief now sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the first respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2020 in the light of the order passed by the second respondent and pass suitable orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
