This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai to expedite the case in C.C.No.282 of 2024 and dispose the same within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in CC.No. 282 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
