ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of the enquiry based on the representation dated 25.02.2023 given by the petitioners.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and after enquiry, it was closed on 06.12.2022 and the present petition has been filed on 07.03.2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the enquiry was closed and nothing survives for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
