This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Rajini dated 06.12.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that one Rajini gave a complaint stating that her daughter Suganya was missing and based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioners.

said Rajini, her daughter Suganya was secured on 18.12.2017 and the said complaint was also closed. He further submitted that no complaint is pending against the petitioners and hence, the question of harassing does not arise.
4.Recording the aforesaid observation this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
