PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his age old parents in order to the complaint of his wife / the second respondent under the guise of enquiry. ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ second respondent has been referred to the District Social Welfare
Officer, Pudukkottai and the same is pending for submitting the report.
3.Therefore, at this stage, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court, if necessary, at later point of time.
