ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2017 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police and given statement that FIR need not be registered based on his complaint. Therefore, no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint. But, the said fact is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stating that no such statement has been given by the petitioner before the respondent police.

3.In view of the above said disputed facts, the relief as sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
