ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and as well as his family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent submitted that the enquiry is still pending against the petitioner. 3.The said enquiry shall be concluded within a period of 15 days from today. action will be taken in accordance with law. Otherwise, the first respondent shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner, accordingly.
