ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that there is no case or petition pending against the petitioner and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
