Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 08.03.2019 in impugned proceedings TNSTC/KUM/HRD/126/2019 of the first respondent and consequential impugned reliving order dated 12.03.2019 of the second respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in TNSTC/KUM/HRD/126/2019, dated 08.03.2019 and the consequential impugned reliving order dated 12.03.2019 passed by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that after passing the impugned order the petitioner has filed a writ petition and raising various grounds especially under Medical grounds and this Court has also granted an interim order. At this stage, he request this Court that liberty may be

granted to the petitioner to make a request to the authorities to re-consider the impugned order passed by the authorities. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has no legal right to challenge the impugned order. But, if any representation is received, the same will be considered by the authorities concerned by taking note of the request made by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is received, the first respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. Till such time, the impugned order shall not given effect. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
