It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.12.2015.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.307 of 2016 under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
