ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Damage and Loss) Act and 21 (4) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.111 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner involved in the illicit transport of Savadu Soil for the purpose of Brick Works and has damaged the bund of a Kanmaai.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is doing Brick works and for this purpose the petitioner has committed theft of sand from the bund of Kanmaai and that the defacto complainant is a Village Administrative Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner removed sand from the bund of Kanmaai, this
